By accessing and using CuraverseGlobal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use CuraverseGlobal, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
3. Creator and Publisher Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your channels
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Keep your payment information current and accurate
4. Content Guidelines
As a creator or publisher on our platform, you agree that your content will:
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Not contain illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive material
- Comply with all applicable advertising disclosure requirements (FTC, ASA, etc.)
- Be original or properly licensed for commercial use
- Accurately represent sponsored content as such
5. Payment Terms
CuraverseGlobal facilitates payments between brands and creators. Payment terms include:
- Payments are processed within 30 days of campaign completion and approval
- Minimum payout threshold of $50 USD (or equivalent)
- Platform commission rates are disclosed at campaign acceptance
- Tax reporting and compliance is the responsibility of individual creators
- Multiple payout methods available including PayPal, bank transfer, and wire
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content. By posting content through brand campaigns, you grant brands a license to use such content as specified in individual campaign agreements. CuraverseGlobal retains rights to platform features, branding, and technology.
7. Platform Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
- Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity
- Engage in fraudulent activity or click manipulation
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Outstanding payments will be processed according to our standard payment schedule upon account closure.
9. Limitation of Liability
CuraverseGlobal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
